December 2008 – Present – Resumed control and CEO/President’s responsibilities of AvCert, LLC. (aka Aviation Certification International) in Dallas, TX. AvCert, LLC provides guidance for the marketing of Aerospace companies worldwide. Additionally, AvCert, LLC provides aviation Maintenance, Airworthiness, Certification and Regulatory consulting expertise and expert witness support in, Civil and Criminal aviation cases in both Federal and State courts.
AvCert, LLC also provides consulting guidance to aviation maintenance organizations worldwide.
October 2004 - December 2008- Co-Founder/COO and Vice President of Quality and Engineering for Aero Mechanical Industries Inc. (AMII) Rio Rancho, New Mexico

aircraft both domestic and international. Additionally, I was responsible for the delivery and new customer technical orientation for all series Falcon corporate jet aircraft produced at that time.
